Defining the intial issues
Nova Scotia Health were having issues with over half of the kits not being returned, so they reached out to our class for help with identifying the issues and coming up with soloutions
We showcased our final outcomes with higher ups at Nova Scotia Health Colon Cancer department, going through everyhting that didn't work and what we thought was a good change.
After a few months I revisited the sight to see if they had implemented anything, it was really nice to see loads of aspects from my updated website were implemented
